I dont have a dog...but if you are in open parkland are you not allowed to let it off its leash?
I mean if you release your dog in a field full of sheep and the dog kills a sheep then that is irresponsible. But if its in parkland where dog walkers take their dogs and an escaped Wallaby appears then I cant see how he can be responsible. Im not a fan...but he was devastated and clearly loves animals. |
