They ALL exploited them in the name of 'entertainment'....so none of them were 'decent human beings'.

I know none of these shows are seen in a good light as it's embarrassing cheap TV .But my point is atleast Trisha had a calm approach & tried to help people or made it seem like she was concerned. She was the polar opposite of Kyle big Mr self entitled gob.

And nobody said anything about guests being prodded & provoked backstage on her show, whereas with Kyle there seems to be more manipulation and horrible treatment.

And even Jerry Springer & Ricky Lake tried to communicate properly with guests , they always came across as likeable hosts. I know people find their programs trash ( and yes I agree), but we all know the American ones were more staged and panto ish anyway,it always felt like Springer & Lake felt awkward in the centre of the mess,but they'd have to just laugh it off.

I don’t disagree with you…but all these shows no matter how likeable the hosts were…they were dealing with desperate people willing to expose their dirty laundry for a few hundred pounds. The producers and their hosts were more than happy to let these vulnerable people be exploited in the name of entertainment. Whilst Jeremy may have been the worst they all have to take some responsibility in being part of distasteful TV…
