Supposed Peace Treaty details

1. Russia agrees to withdraw from Ukraine all forces that they invaded Ukraine with on February 24.

2. Ukraine agrees to not join NATO, to not allow any foreign military bases or any foreign military equipment to be stored on Ukrainian soil.

3. In case of invasion by Russia, NATO agrees to immediately impose a No Fly Zone, to deploy anti-air equipment and to begin supplying Ukraine with military hardware without requiring approval from NATO civilian governments.

Depending on what happens with Crimea and the break-away regions, that part seems like a win for Ukraine, but also gives Russia enough to save face .
