The audience was laughing, including Will Smith, at Chris Rocks act so they seemed satisfied with the jokes he told. Telling jokes is a legal activity and until the day comes that it's not then Chris Rock did nothing wrong. If you don't like jokes then change the law and make telling jokes a crime. |

It doesn't really matter what the public think, the fact of the matter is Chris Rock could have pressed charges against Will for hitting him, Will however could not have pressed charges against Chris for telling a joke about his wife.
