That's like you going to work, doing your job and then some outsider telling you that you made a horrendous misjudgement. You'd think to yourself, "Sorry? What are you talking about? I did nothing wrong, I just got on with my work"

That was a joke about a bald person there.

He was paid to be funny - he went too far .

People do make mistakes ‘doing’ their jobs and usually pay for it in one way or another .
