Define democracy in terms of land allocation..

As far as I can see this solar company has leased this land for 40 years from the owner.
This makes money for both of them, the energy produced won't be subsidised most likely it will be sold to the grid.. so who benefits?

Also while it's a solar farm it's safe from development so no future housing projects.

Massive Solar farms
will power local housing.


Both Labour and Conservative
failed in building enough new homes.

Labour has plans to build more homes for Local people
under Starmer,
if he wins a General Election.
