As a rule of thumb we haven't really issued permanent/indefinite bans for years except for extreme circumstances which were met the other day. In practice Michael has spent a good amount of the last year or two banned

I understand your strength of feeling but the idea James instructed us not to permaban him against our will is not true

A massive YES. My other half was really upset by the pm. He still wants it reported to the police. Tibb should do it.
