It's one of those topics that I personally just don't find interesting to watch.

I wouldn't ban the scene or anything like that because I'm not a lunatic, but I just think it's one of them that's weird to be apart of a Big Hero 6 which looks like a more fantastical story of our world.

So a story about sanitary products just looks to Slice Of Life for that Show.
