Remembering Kerry
|
There's always awkward body language and harder to read situations on these occasions.
I'm not interested in presenters and media using disgracefully this loss of the Queen to carry on their spite as to someone they simply don't like and never will. For me it's really gross disrespect and unnecessary. I know at my own Mum's funeral, I may have seemed at odds with my Brothers when in fact we were rock solid. Anyhow, beautiful all through the programming from Northern Ireland which is about the new King, undertaking his duties there. Really lovely to witness and some strong messaging there too. Now back to the other emotional matter, with Her Majesty the late Queen now on her journey soon out of Scotland and heading to Buckingham Palace. With the sensitivity and emotion packed procedure of all that taking place. It's hard thinking last week, Her Majesty was discharging one PM and appointing another. Emotions are obviously going to be all over the place. There hasn't been a build up to and a loss of any Monarch of the UK who has reigned for just over 70 years. No wonder people, including Her Majesty's own family, will at times look strained, uncomfortable and even broken. Understanding and support is all that's needed in this situation. Plus for the 2 Princes, William and Harry, I wonder on that walkabout as well as this loss of their Grandmother just how much also crept into their minds too of the walkabout 25 years ago they did for their Mother tragically taken from them. There's no right way or wrong way to cope with this sad loss of Her Majesty. All I've seen and concluded is ALL of them involved are trying to and doing their best. Bless every single one of them. My fullest condolences to all of them too. Last edited by joeysteele; 13-09-2022 at 03:44 PM. |
