Have you ever thought about adding fluvoxamine to your treatment-regime? It’s more of an anti-obsessive-compulsive/social anxiety drug than a pure antidepressant but even as far as depression itself goes it is often quite effective and it has the added benefit of being effective in treating Covid (it’s a powerful anti-inflammatory). I know some people don’t like the way antidepressants make them feel when it comes to side-effects but as far as I know fluvoxamine (Luvox) is pretty clean as far as that goes.
