Default Christmas eve Midnight mass
So this year is the first time I'm doing Christmas alone. On Christmas eve my mate is coming around for a few bevy's until about 10:30 then I'm going to the church at the top of my street for midnight Mass.

It's the first time I'd have ever been to midnight mass. I plan on filling my hip flask full of whisky and going to sit at the back of the church and getting pissed while I listen and sing along to Christmas carols. The church is only a two minute walk from my house, so it's perfect.

I'm fine. I'm alone by choice. My mother has asked me to go around to hers but I just fancied doing it alone. She has her husbands (not my dad) family there. And it's not my scene.

I usually just have my brother around and we do it together but he's gone to Thailand for Christmas this year (the dirty dog)

I've always quite wanted to do midnight mass and the hip flask is a great idea, wonder if that will be frowned upon lol

I did Christmas on my own last year thanks to Covid and actually I loved it. A nice bottle of Baileys, the pick of the television, and peace and quiet
