I’m so sorry for your loss. I lost my mum in 2020 to Dementia….you know it’s coming but it still does not soften the impact when it actually happens.

I was with her when it happened, tried resuscitation as did my Brother and My Father, but to no avail.

I am not sure if i can ever forget that.

When i lost someone close to me, 3 some years ago. I found a genre of music that helps you think. Reflect. It's alone music. It helps you build back up through the pain and tears.

Maybe sh!t for you now, and corny.

You'll go through lots of different emotions while it's still raw. It's natural and to be expected. It sounds like you did your best by her and from what I know of you then she will be very proud of you.

I feel your pain, I know what you're going through right now, it hurts, there's no pain like losing a loved one.

You're family and friends are going through it too, so try your best to stay strong for each other.

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. When i lost someone close to me, i was a wreck, still kinda am. But it's ok to feel, it's ok to cry, it's ok to shout and scream.

We will always be in the same boat. We all go. I found hope in knowing we all have time. Every single person in the world. All we have is time. Your Mother is an Angel now. She is there, every time you look up. Talk to her. And know one day you will meet again!

Gosh only just reading about your loss Cald andd i offer my sincerest condolenses to you , your brother and father, also your wider family and friends. Talk about her with them and remember good times, the pain is unbearable and you'll doubtless find it hard to sleep so grab naps when you can, my heart goes out to you for your loss.
