30 years still isn't enough but it had better be an actual minimum, not out in 15 for keeping his head down.
He's 48 so if it's a real 30-year minimum he'll be nearly 80 by the time he's eligible for release - at the very least that's hopefully too old to be much of a risk to the public any more. He may well die in prison. |
