Gypsies have always been that way, I don't think skin colour comes into it, gypsies have always fought with anyone.

The gypsy mother is the only person that needs to be investigated here. She was the adult and she was the one encouraging her children. The others are just kids listening to their mother.

The girl put up a good fight considering there was three or four of them onto her.

I think the Police and social services should investigate the mother. But I don't know if the social services have the bottle to take on the gypsy community.
