It's obviously subjective. What does "good" even mean? probably different things to different people but imo when it comes to TV Shows you either enjoy it or you don't, that's really all that matters? If I don't like a TV Show or a Film saying it has a high rating on IMDb isn't going to suddenly make me like it and vice versa
