We are talking about dentists, once you get back in to the dental system which has been back to normal for over a year now now you book an appointment for six months time for a check up

Its hard to find an NHS dentist in my area but get yourself on a list when and where you can.
I think 6 month check-ups are not necessary...I just go once a year.
