IIRC both, sort of, as both settled out of court for part of the royalties. I think both are undisclosed but it seems likely that Radiohead/Del Rey one was either over or exactly 40%, since it was known that they initially rejected an offer of 40% ... so if they did later settle, either they changed their minds on that figure or were offered more. I'd guess they got 50%.
Annoyingly of course, that means it's unknown how it would have gone if it had gone to court. Could literally have been awarded 100% of royalties, a split, or nothing at all
