That's because if you actually read it, this is a story about violent drug-induced psychosis and not a transphobic attack. Trying to use it as an example of transphobia is a huuuuuuuuuge stretch .

Transphobic or not, the person still beat up an 86 year old which should be worth more than two years in Prison.
