Again it was 7 years ago; many of them would not have been old enough to vote. There are people in their mid 20's now who weren't old enough to vote on Brexit. It's not even just the 18/19 year old kiddos. People who have been all the way through Uni and started their careers at this point, were too young to vote.

On top of that you have the people it's more relevant to. A 23 year old in 2016 didn't necessarily give a hoot about these things. For that same person now entering their 30's it's a very different story.

Again as a disclaimer: Yes I'm aware that SOME of those opinions will have shifted the other way.
