The ultimate goal for the republicans of these states trying to take gays rights away, is to eventually get the gay marriage rights overturned, it’s all a ploy to make lgbt people second class citizens again, hidden behind religion and guise of ‘protecting’ people that don’t need to be protected

FWIW for me drag has little to do with either; it's not a gay man's right to create misogynistic caricatures of women by the virtue of it being "part of gay culture", any more than it would be OK for groups of women to get together and host competitons to see who can pretend to be the funniest stereotypical gay man. |
