How is a "doctor" able to take 6 weeks holiday in the first place

Maybe he is calm and stable at work but isn't in his leisure time? A lot of people have a work persona because they have to, but they're a completely different person in other contexts. I'd like to think Kerry doesn't scream at NHS patients, though I have to say her negative attitude isn't entirely unfamiliar

That said if I walked into a doctor's room and saw Matty, I would consider walking right out again!
