Trish will definitely be nominated, that downstairs gang see her as some sort of puppet master so i doubt they will throw away the opportunity to nominate her. If it's only 1 more HM that is up though It may end up being Tom or Olivia with Jenkin (if anyone other than Trish is brave enough to nominate Olivia to her face)
