It may or may not be a ****hole but an attitude like that coming from near the top of the only people in any position to actually change that? It's all very well saying "it's a labour area" but the various parts of the country that are falling apart from lack of funding can't be placed on anyone but the Tories. They've been in power far too long to blame anyone else. A high-ranking Tory sitting in London mocking areas of the country that need serious attention is repugnant.
