There's mild chatter here that Greg Abbott/State of Texas are seriously thinking of defying the SCOTUS ruling and not giving Border Control access to cut the razor wire they've put up. I take it a bit more seriously seeing as its word of mouth within law enforcement here. (Only way I knew about it)
