They've assumed correctly.

Shameful that some fans actually cheered Man City's first goal.
Did Son miss on purpose? Of course not but I can see why some of the more deluded think so. Even Danny Murphy has said it was an easy chance and Son looked off all game. On the other hand the Spurs fans cheering a loss is real. That's the talking point IMO I hope Ange sees this and puts his hat in the ring for the Man Utd job cuz with the right squad he'll do well, shame he'll never get a great squad at Spurs On to next year. I'm happy with where my team are , can Spurs fans, West Ham fans, Man Utd fans, Chelsea fans say that?. The lot of you need to wind your necks in. Arsenal pushed Man City to the last game of the season in a genuine two horse race. Not three horse cuz Liverpool couldn't last the pace and apparently it was gonna be Liverpool's pedigree in the run in that would tip the scale. Remember when alot of people thought Arsenal would finish 3rd. Now people are like 'HaHa!!! You lost again' Serious though, real talk, how many better teams are there in the Premiership.? Arsenal are one of the top clubs in the premiership. No one can deny it.

To counter, West Ham - Saw you live against Forest. You stunk up the City Ground pitch. Yeah you did. It was embarrassing against dopey dozey Forest. Spurs - The fans can gas it but they hit a wall in March. Did Arsenal hit a wall in March? Celebrating a loss is embarrassing but as Ange has pointed out, its the culture at this club Man Utd - The problems have been there for years and are well documented. I cant add more. They can win the fizzy drink trophy and it papers over the cracks. Chelsea - Without Palmer I see a 2nd rate dysfunctional team. Arsenal - Strong teem. No physically as well. A manager who addresses all aspects of the game. is becoming a great in game manager and has the support of the players. Players like Saka, Saliba and Odergaard who were all purchased on the cheap but are now 80 million plus players and improving each year. I'm not asking anyone to be envious but you have to admit Arsenal are heading in the right direction

Spurs are earlier in their journey than Arsenal but again, relative to the last couple of seasons they have progressed. Chelsea have as well but I still don't expect them to properly competing for another couple of years. Arsenal have done well but fact remains they will come up short again and have another trophyless season. Both last year and this season have been major opportunities as well because City haven't been quite at it for patches of the season. Arsenal have also been more boring to watch this season than last year |
