How is this going to be enforced ?
The police are over stretched as it is , can’t see them carrying a scanner for random moggy tests . Then if someone scans a cat how do they trace the owner ? Soooo many questions Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro Last edited by Zizu; 10-06-2024 at 08:10 AM. |
