A 14 year old kills somebody and they know what they are doing and are fully responsible
If a 14 year old sleeps with his teacher he knows what he is doing and is responsible

If a 14 year old rapes a woman he know it’s illegal and is responsible for his actions


Same age but different way round gives people a different perspective

14 year olds are having sex with other 14 year old they are responsible for their actions
