It's not a long shot, he likely is from overseas. And I agree the whole licking of victim's blood is barbaric....and they should throw away the key , people like that are a huge risk to society. If they can just go out and brutally stab an innocent like that.

I only mentioned his skin colour because I have noticed for awhile now that as a Forum we don't really report many positive news stories to do with black people.

Although I tried to Google information on "black people doing good deeds" but I think that Google/Bing are both against using skin colour in their search engines, because good deeds in general were popping up.

I suppose a good deeds thread might not be a bad idea.
