Difference there was that Rhian didn't complain about it as far as I'm aware, so it will count as her consenting to the pictures.

Where as Jenas doesn't have that defense.

Jenas also says that it was two consenting adults so it's not really clear that it was the women who complained about him and he's implying it was mutual.

Oh I thought the use of 'unsolicited' is that he sent them uninvited, yes if it were two and they found out that could be why it was reported

Because I just associate the word "unsolicited" with the victim of a situation not consenting to whatever misdeed has befallen them in that moment.
