…yeah, he definitely chose to go that way when he didn’t have to…and you’re right, maybe it was connected to his partner and what he felt belonged to him but was taken from him…and feeling helpless in that situation…?…so power became an all important thing as well…there is no doubt that the characters are so very layered and that’s such a part of the excellence of the series…
