It was literally the task Dean was given and he delivered, not really sure why it's such a big deal that he's been honest with his thoughts about Sarah/Marcello

It's probably a fair point about Marcello, but the way he expressed it was extremely poor (like you've also said) so I can definitely understand why people wouldn't be happy with Dean about that, especially when he doubles down on it in the eviction interview.
And imo his comments towards Sarah were even worse, she can't help her voice, and what shoes she chooses to wear has nothing to do with Dean.
