In terms of lily I don’t know

With Pete yes he had Tourette’s but was very child like and that’s what I questioned
After meeting him it was clear that he wasn’t being childlike as an act that was the him being himself

I don't buy her act at all. A well travelled ex university student would not be as "dumb" as her. And her pretending she doesn't understand certain words in the DM (all a part of her act) is incredibly irritating

TBF, two things can be true simultaneously...

She can have genuine behavioural issues and also be dumbing herself down to play the game.

I actually think that this is the most likely case.
