My bad, I should have been more specific. So when one team/country goes into another country and attacks and instigates, when has that ever been labelled as both sides? I don't remember the English hooligans in the france WC being excused. Wasn't it called a scurge on the country or something like that?
Instead this has been turned around so that now it's the hooligan perpetrators who are the real victims.
