You're right. I don't drink and I've never smoked but I see what happened to me as a kettle boiling and then suddenly the kettle boils, clicks and you're on the floor.

As I said it could have been anything undiagnosed that floored me. There was a story in our local press about a young guy aged 38, who was on holiday with his young son. He was coming home on the plane, had a heart attack and died coming down the plane stairs. Just 38.

No chance for him unforunately.

Just try to eat healthier. You don't need to cut anything out.
I always take sugar. The one time I cut it out I was getting some really weird and scary symptoms. So now I have it.

I saw a program on the latest Cancer research and they showed us thousands of vials containing many different types of cancer cultures ..

They were all ‘fed’ SUGAR to keep them alive !!!
