…a recent excellent comedy series I’ve watched the first season of…(…because it’s only one season in…)…is Nobody Wants This, I would totally recommend that one…I just couldn’t put it down until I’d watched the season to the end…

I agree some of the jokes from friends wouldn't pass today like:

Joey "if homosapians were in fact homo-sapians...is that why they're exctinct?"
Ross stares in disbelief "Joey homosapians are people!"
Joey "hey I don't judge" hahaha this definitely wouldn't fly today. What gets me is the way Matt Leblanc himself couldn't help but snicker a little when he delivered that line

Definitely the friendship is a strength. Like if one of them left not sure it would have worked as well. They all fit perfectly as a unit.

Ah sex and the city...that episode when they were all at Miranda's mum's? Funeral, is when I really realised that one reason I loved this show was because of the love they each had for each other...not because Samantha was moaning every week about gherkins

Trying to think if I've watched any funny new sitcoms lately ...
I haven't but the last sitcom that I thought was perfect is Melissa and Joey

Some of the bloopers are even funnier than the show

…I’ve started to watch Schitt’s Creek again, I’m only on episode 6 of the first season so not really invested in the characters yet but it does tick along very well and short episodes…let me know if you watch, also…

…yeah, I know what you mean about having a long watch list…I’m going to get TV focused in January/February and try to shorten that list as much as I can…
