Forgettable?!? Ma'am

I am hooked. Can't decide which season I liked best but there are some frustrations in season 2 that didn't need to be there!!!

To Leslie. Over here crying. I love films like this that follows the human experience, tragic or happy. No CGI , no outlandish plots just a good ol' story about someone trying to make it in this imperfect world. I especially love it more when it's in a town in the middle of nowhere

S1 is a really good story line (I presume it will be some different case in S2) It was hard to stop watching and I went to bed way too late because of it

…so a different main storyline for each season…?…I’ll give it a go then, I’m still watching Loudermilk and Modern Family and Severance but I feel as though I’m missing a great thriller of substance as well..

Well I'm just assuming it will be yeah, probably the same detectives and background story line with a different main case per season (obviously I haven't finished S1 yet but I feel like that's what will happen)

We finished it as well last night, haven't started S2 yet. Have you watched the Strike serious? Holliday Grainger plays the lead female character in that too, she's great

Spoiler:

I hope Rachel has decided to join them to expose them and prove Shauns innocence and not just conform. It was so twisty though wasn't it? I gasped when his ex lawyer Charlie stepped forward as the leader of the group who brought him to that rave warehouse. I never saw it coming that the two lawyers were the orchestraters of the whole thing. Ron Perlmans character is awful as well isn't he?

…I felt so bad for Shaun and just wanted him to finally be able to spend some time with his daughter…I mean, the whole thing about them ‘justifying’ the Corrections were that it was only done for the purposes of being able to imprison those highly dangerous people/terrorists who they weren’t able to put through the justice system …so Shaun being ‘sacrificed’ was obviously all wrong …Rachel still obviously still have the evidence to free him so I’m hoping that thread and her working to do that will run through the next season…Ron Perlman was horrid but scarily he was a believable character as well …actually the storyline in general was scarily believable…

it really us scarily believable. Oh also I hope that odd TV expert guy pulls through.

Everything they did proves how easily they'll abuse the technology. I think Rachel.is planning to expose them

Been watching some Colin Baker-era Doctor Who. Specifically the serial Timelash. Not nearly as bad as its reputation might suggest, but still pretty dire. A very pedestrian and uncomplicated plot that still somehow manages to fall apart in the third act. That takes a very dubious kind of talent. What saves it from being a 4.5 and bumps it up into being a 5/10 is a literally laughable portrayal of H.G. Wells, and two enjoyably hammy performances from Colin Baker and Paul Darrow.
