No wait I just solved this myself but I'll post it anyway. I was going to say, Mark S would know what Gemma looked like as a kid, from pictures etc. because who hasn't seen their spouse as a kid.
But then I realised that Outie Mark has never seen Ms Huang, and innie Mark S doesn't know sh1t .
