No real issue with closing a thread that's gone completely off-piste but you can't leave behind the posts that lead to it being closed - or at least, mine seem to be regularly deleted when it's those that have caused the thread to be closed
. I'm being 100% genuine when I say all I'm asking for is fairness and consistency - it's not so much about the actual decision.
