Very little…twisted a muscle on Tuesday but in a lot of pain yesterday and thought it was something possibly more serious…went to A&E (dropped off as I thought I would be there for hours)…2 people waiting..triaged within 5 mins…sent to Urgent injuries…seen in 20 mins and sent home..out within an hour.
Guess the good weather made people think twice  Anyway twisted stomach muscle confirmed…ice/ rest/paracetamol and Ibroprofen and it’s starting to ease…
