Cruisey vibes today. Did a bit of gardening and laundry early on. Then spent the rest of day enjoying the sun in the garden. It’s a really nice day. Even had a little nap outside.

Very little…twisted a muscle on Tuesday but in a lot of pain yesterday and thought it was something possibly more serious…went to A&E (dropped off as I thought I would be there for hours)…2 people waiting..triaged within 5 mins…sent to Urgent injuries…seen in 20 mins and sent home..out within an hour.
Guess the good weather made people think twice

Anyway twisted stomach muscle confirmed…ice/ rest/paracetamol and Ibroprofen and it’s starting to ease…

Very little today.....washed all the bedding (very sad but nothing better than bedding dr8ed inbthenline outside), picked Matthew up from camp and now watching the Derby willing a quick Utd goal

I've done loads .... not been out anywhere today so.had plenty time on my hands. Sorting out clothes and laundry, general housework and a Potter in the garden. Chilling out now.

Spent morning wrapping up paperweights. Had lunch with my eldest and her partner. Went and got the boy and we watched the footy and later I'm taking him up to his pals house 10 miles up the road and they are going off to the pub.

Today we spent a lot of hours in the garden, watched some trashy TV and now I am in bed with Tilly at my feet

Took Tilly for a walk earlier and I had to pop into the petrol station to get something, dont like leaving her outside so asked the guy who is usually behind the counter who was out cleaning to keep an eye on her, came out he was standing watching her and a car had pulled up beside her and the lady passenger was petting her, so she was in her element

Spent the weekend visiting friends who had a new baby. He was so adorable.

We’re driving home today and will probably stop in some farm shops for some chutneys.
