I really like Danny, he's going to be very good for getting HMs to talk about difficult topics I think and I like how he's not afraid to hear people either. I do understand the warning etc but sometimes I think maybe it's better to let things play out (within reason) and have the HMs talk and learn and grow (or not)

…back onto the thread, I think it is easy to pick up something that isn’t there because you have concerns/anxieties etc that it might be there, you know…the original ‘it’s not all about you, you know’ or not everything’s about you might have been a deliberate ‘icebreaker’ by Daley but not how Danny took it in that moment…
