…yeah I really feel for Sioned, the noise level was just overwhelming for her…

…once you got away from that though, wow the views were breathtakingly beautiful…….i have a friend who once spent a few months in India and she absolutely loved it….

…I really, really like all of the couples this season……I was willing Tom and Caroline to get to the checkpoint first yesterday, though……just because they’re Suffolk people and live not far from where I did until recent times…

They’re doing really well. I love they’ve gone from 5th to 4th to 3rd to 2nd. They’re only a couple of hours behind 1st so would love to see them climb up again next week.

All the couple are great. The sisters are really relishing the journey. Letitia is such a little gem, I just want to give her a big hug.

…yeah Letitia is gorgeous and she’s holding so much inside, isn’t she…I can’t imagine how shaky she’s felt in having her ‘safe place’ just taken away from her and feeling so helpless …I love how this journey for them all is such soul food that’s so needed…
