I am pretty sure they could find someone to replace him for the one show that is left, someone from MOTD2 perhaps...he is not irreplaceable and you cant just say...oh you are a big star so its okay to be racist, but you are not such a big star so going to kick you to the curb for being racist, what kind of message does that send
