Both her and Cherie went directly in with "this is what happens when we import boatloads of people" and "we tend not to throw people off buildings for being gay in this country". It was literally their first response to this article which mentions race or religion zero times.

Why mention it? Of course it's a possibility. But it's also a possibility it's someone who is Catholic. Or Buddhist. Or an Atheist. Why mention just that one possibility?
