You’ve just confirmed exactly what I was saying: it’s not about the crime, it’s about the convenient outrage when the accused isn’t British. When a British man abuses a child, it’s prison and disgust. When it’s a migrant, suddenly it’s banners, riots, and “send them back” chants.
So no, this isn’t about child protection. It’s about weaponising tragedy to push an agenda. If it were truly about the victims, the protests would be just as loud no matter who committed the crime. But we both know they’re not.
