Thanks for posting that @Glenn. it's good to hear the other side of the story (of someone who was actually there). I'm glad she was supported so much by her team. Sounds like she very much values her job and the joy it brings her. Good for her.

I think it was plainly obvious from the article all she was ask if they needed help (the article doesn't even state she did anything more?) so why people are pretending she did is a bit weird! Do people really think if she tried to do anything more it would be omitted from the article?
