Media on it plays automatically. And if it’s the same video that someone has shared it plays continuous no matter how far you scroll.

So yes in a round about way, yes I was forced to watch it.

1. In settings stop media from auto playing
2. in settings privacy you can turn offf graphic content or put warn on first

I shouldn’t have to.

I use X for a lot of different things. Turning autoplay and NSFW videos off would be detrimental to my user experience.

Political migrant/refugee sites tend to be that way (schitzophrenic in many ways). Parler had civil discourse but it also had tons of lunatics. To accept social media as a useful tool currently, one has to overlook quite a bit when using those tools and everyone has very different filters personally as to what is bothersome.

My fix is to use Desktop. I don't keep mobile apps to reduce battery, for data privacy reasons and because I just don't need it. After reading through X yesterday, I think that was the right call...

Yes you can but if it’s the same video which it was, from the same source it will continuously play when you scroll. Not sure why you’re trying to argue about it tbh.
