the world has really changed in a very short time period. If you take a snaphot of the world now and compare it against a snapshot 15 years ago, it's mind blowing. I compare it against snapshots when I graduated and then 15 years after that, and the world had flowered and the majority of peoples lives had really improved for the better.
It's very sobering how quickly fundamental things can fall apart
