It was quite revealing how different the conversations were that Zelah had with each of them. Marcus isn't putting any stock in it really and deliberately being noncommittal whereas Elsa is basically putting all her hopes and dreams into him

I have mentioned it loads of times .. that they are extremely close and affectionate in the evenings
