If there’s more than one season, for example ‘I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here’, I don’t need the season/year, just the title is fine.
However, if the show has international versions, I’ll need the name of the country too if it’s not the UK version (example - I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here USA).
